We’ve had quite a few of our Houston customers ask what the finish on the LG Artcool Mirror Mini split actually looks like.  So here it is.

LG over most other manufacturers has provided customers with great alternatives to the basic white wall mount minisplit.  Their alternatives to the traditional minisplit include the following line up:

• ArtCool Gallery which is a functional frame
• ArtCool Mirror – Seen above
• ArtCool Premier – White but has a much more modern look – Also Super Efficient
• Ceiling Cassette – Sits in the ceiling – Great for office spaces – Doesn’t even look like a mini
• High Static Ducted – Goes fully behind the wall/ceiling and is ducted like central air
• Multi F Zone – Also Goes fully behind the wall/ceiling and is ducted like central air

When considering purchasing a mini split and choosing between the above options you should consider the following question.

“how will the Mini Split match to its surroundings?”

White is not always the perfect application. Female customers tend to be the most vocal on this front.  Specifically in regards to the Mirror finish it would be well suited for matching a more modern environment.

Now, I know this is not a mirror in the truest sense.  There is a darker finish.  Still it is highly reflective and the Slate finish will actually help it to blend a bit better (depending on your paint color behind it) than would a real mirror finish.
